Matthew Conde joined the Joe Piper Inc. team as a sales representative in 2020. Prior to his start at Joe Piper Inc., Matthew successfully sold commercial printing for American Printing Company in Birmingham, Alabama. His focus was on the tourism industry, specifically the Gulf Coast. He brings with him over 6 years of commercial printing and wide format experience to Joe Piper Inc.

Matthew is a 2012 graduate of The University of Alabama (UA) with an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Communication Studies. During his time at UA, Matthew served as Vice President for the Society of Professional Journalist, UA Chapter. In 2011, he was selected by UA to attend the Ted Scripps Leadership Institute.
One of Matthews biggest talents is photography. Matthew officially became a published photographer in 2009, after his work landed in Alabama Football Magazine and Friday Night Football Magazine. His work has also been featured by the State of Georgia Tourism Bureau and The Walton County, Florida Tourism Development Council “Visit South Walton”. When not taking photos,

Matthew enjoys working in the yard, sitting on a beach and hunting the rarest bourbons.
One of the most interesting things about Matthew, are his days as a mascot. As he had a passion for sports, he was never athletic. Matthew has had the privilege to become famous characters such as, “Clifford” – The big red dog, “Arthur” the Ardvark, and “Jerry” the Frog - Autism Society of Alabama Mascot . He had the opportunity to do a small stint for The University of Alabama, and “dressed out” for over 175 baseball games as “Babe Ruff” for the Birmingham Barons (AA Minor – Chicago White Sox).

Matthew resides in Birmingham with his wife, Gabby. Together, they have a love for travel and cheering for the Alabama Crimson Tide! Roll Tide!
